You know at some NFL stadiums the tickets that are literally front row on the sidelines behind he teams are less expensive because of the blocked view. Seats just a few rows back are usually priced higher. I always wondered considering this why courtside seats in basketball are where everyone wants to sit, especially considering that the people on the court blocking your view are going to be like 6’10” on average

Courtside seats are for those who want to be seen, not to see. Gotta get a couple rows up for the elevated viewing experience.
