I once had the daughter actually call the mom out.
The mom was complaining to me how something wasn’t in stock and that I need to order more etc, in the middle of her rant the daughter told the mom to shut up since there was no way I was even at fault or in charge of that.
The mom surprisingly apologized and they left, that girl is my retail hero.
My mom has worked retail for almost 30 years. Grew up very poor and not entitled at all. Yet here she is at 40 being rude to every retail employee ever. I've yelled at her so many times but she just thinks it's funny? Even when I approach it in a serious way. I don't get it.

my grandma yelled at a new girl to speak to her manager at mcdonalds cause she didn't know how to delete an item. poor girl.
