Ah this painting is beautiful. The rain takes me back to when I was young and full of hope. I used to run outside during storms (much to my mother’s dismay) and run around just frolicking in the cold embrace of the water. I wish I could find the motivation to do stuff like that again, nowadays I usually end up convincing myself that doing anything other than staying inside is a bad idea. I feel like I’ve lost myself lately, and I hope to be able to meet myself again someday. Anyway, thanks for sharing this great piece of art, I love it a lot!
