Netflix on Friday delivered a surprise New Year's treat for fans of the comedian: a second Chappelle stand-up special to air on Dec. 31 (and his fourth with the streamer overall).

Netflix announced in November that it had signed a blockbuster deal with Chappelle to headline three stand-up specials. The Age of Spin: Dave Chappelle Live at the Hollywood Palladium and Deep in the Heart of Texas: Dave Chappelle Live at Austin City Limits debuted on Netflix earlier this year. Dave Chappelle: Equanimity — which takes on Trump voters — was already set to launch Dec. 31. Now, that will be joined by Dave Chappelle: The Bird Revelation. Equanimity was filmed in September at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C.; The Bird Revelation was filmed Nov. 20 at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles. (Watch a promo for the latter, below.)

The deal expands Chappelle's relationship with Netflix, where his original deal included three specials. Netflix has continued to invest heavily in building its stand-up comedy library, inking deals with stars like Chris Rock ($20 million each for two specials) as it competes with comedy heavyweights HBO and Comedy Central.

For Chappelle, meanwhile, the second New Year's Eve stand-up special will arrive as Comedy Central has planned a daylong New Year's Day Chappelle's Show marathon in which it will air all 28 episodes leading up his seminal 2000 HBO stand-up special Killin' Them Softly.

I waited over ten years for another special, Chappelle being my absolute favorite comic out there, and I get four in one year. Pretty, pretty good. I can't wait
