Is this Portland Oregon? If so, I installed those. That’s how the blue prints had them. We were as confused as everyone else. They said that they wanted to try different out hand dryers to see what they liked best. Some of those are also more eco friendly than others.

In short- the reason we were told for different height was the customer (airport) wanted to see different dryers at their specifications.
