OMG, it's Action Park! I grew up near this place, otherwise known as "Traction Park" for the inevitable injuries you would sustain there. This place was insane, like not just "we didn't wear bicycle helmets when I was a kid" but truly insane. Meaning, not only would it never exist today but it's hard to imagine it even existed back then. There are documentaries about it online.

I wouldn’t think the water would make the loop, atleast not “quickly”, resulting in a very long section completely submerged.
