Those are the old style recycled fiber Red Cross blankets. Most of them have been donated to homeless shelters as they are phasing them out for the Red Cross branded ones.

Any one know where to get bulk blankets? I don't like to give cash to homeless people, but a blanket I would think would go to great use.
