The Silver Snipers are a CS:GO team in Sweden where the youngest member is 62 and the oldest 81. They say playing CS has helped to give them a confidence boost and serve as a sort of mental gymnastics
Good for them! There's growing evidence that gaming can be good for seniors in terms of cognition, reflex, and community. As games continue to become more mainstream and we all continue to age I believe this kind of thing will become more common. Prepare to get your ass handed to you by Grandpa!
