They can't be much worse than Frontier. They told my husband our router was being "hacked by the chinese" and that's why our internet was slow... They're just all around derpy.
Time Warner (or Spectrum, whatever) is no better. Had a tech at my house trying to figure out why my 300mbps account was only getting 3mbps. He called up the tech line and got put on hold. 1 hour later he asks me to call up regular customer service. I finally got through before he did on the tech line. 1 hour 30 minutes wasted. He had to cancel appointments because my job was only supposed to be 30 minutes. Took 4 hours in total. In the end, it was because someone entered the wrong code on my account.
