Question: How close do you have to be to the lighting to die and how quickly does the energy of the strike drop off from how far away you go from it in the water?

Oh man if you really zoom in you can see some madman out there in a boat fairly close to the lightning

*EDIT: oh man on further inspection it appears there are actually 2 more crazy people out there on boats (Though one of them might be a rock, can't quite tell)

*EDIT 2: jeez I looked even more and found 2 more potential boaters, they must all be fishermen or something
