I've seen this fight before. I believe the bear is wounded but the tiger gets scared after a man-cub ties a branch on fire to the tiger's tail.

Also: tiger kills sloth bear family.
For those unaware the sloth bear is the bear in the video where a bear rips a guy’s face off his body (NSFL).
