My favorite part of the bill on my second daughter was that I got charged a $500 fee (which insurance didn't cover) per admittance into the hospital. I knew it was coming, so when I got the bill, I paid it and the rest.
Then a few weeks later, I got a second bill, this time in my daughters name. All sorts of tests double up there from my wife's bill. Took a bit of work on my part, but got most of them taken off. But they wouldn't budge on the $500 admittance fee. When I argued I'd already paid that, they said no, I'd paid it for my wife, but when my daughter was born, that counted as another admittance!
