~6% for rent! Wow! I pay 23% just for rent, not including any utilities. In a place thats dated and cheaper than average in my city. And my salary is about double the US average. Idk what I’d do if I only had to pay 6% for rent. Probably visit all the cool countries where rent is that cheap. That’s amazing!
