There’s a golf course on US land that is on the Mexican side of the fence already erected along the border. If I remember correctly, I think the golf course is along the Rio Grande, and they couldn’t build it through the river, and they weren’t allowed to build it through the middle of the golf course, so they just sectioned off the whole course and went around it.

It’s still American land, just on the Mexican side. I wonder if, by some slim chance that Trump actually builds the wall, they’d just do that with anybody who resisted the wall being built through their property.

I mean correct me if I'm wrong but I've seen the government multiple times force people to sell land in order to build roads, freeways etc. It happens all the time in my state, which I don't necessarily agree with but I don't think this will slow the government down at all. People are free to use their money as they wish though
