As a Cuban, I can tell you a couple things... Everything looks fine. But the bread is not what we'd use. Our sandwiches are usually thinner and use cuban bread. The pickles are important. I once saw a man get shot dead on the street in Havana for being a traitor after pulling pickles out of his media noche.
