Wish is basically "ExpectationVsReality: The Website".

I had never heard of Wish before this thread. Went to check it out--turns out I have to sign up (email, FB, etc) even to browse their products. This trend of "sign up to find out what we offer" is not my cup of tea. My reaction to those prompts is simply "welp, guess I'm never buying anything here then".

This was trending for a few weeks. They clearly state in the item description that it's yarn for knitting (for me the expectation vs reality is that the ball of yarn they show in the item images is much larger than the actual yardage sent - 55 yards when the image is at least 3 times the amount). It's currently half off though, so for about $4 and a day's worth of work you could have this blanket (need 4 - 5 skeins of yarn).
