I️ saw this tweet. So many of the people are replying to the tweet saying “Asians are so anti-black so I’m sure a little joke is fine” what the hell?
So y’all are going to justify a racist joke by bashing another minority when blacks get offended as hell if something like this was said to them? I️ just hate how the ones who justified the joke act like blacks are the only minority to endure racial obstacles. Also, Asians were made fun of as “rat eating monsters” during WWII(?), so it’s not reaaaaally a lighthearted joke if they knew the past. 🤔

honestly really good on her to stand up for asians, seems like ppl only ever stick up for black issues but stay silent on asian ones
not to say that black/other race issues are any less important, but racism towards asians is typically dismissed or ignored
