I like to imagine Obama's and Biden's last days in office had special meetings every day. Obama would put on his stern face, turn to the security and say "Phoneix Seven Seven One". His security force would scramble, clearing out all members of government except for Joe of his office.
"Obama would usher out the last security guard.
"Radio silence, you hear me this is too secret; we aren't to be disturbed"
Obama would get up and draw the blinds shut. The Oval Office would be in total darkness as he flipped his desk light on. Obama would turn to Joe and suddenly crack into a smile and turn his laptop around.
On it, another Biden Obama meme.
"You seen this one yet? I found it on Reddit last night and couldn't wait to show you!"
Joe would laugh and pull out his phone and click on his camera roll, and scroll through a couple he picked up the day before
"Ha I saw that one a few days ago, you seen these two though?"
After the meme exchange they would put on a solemn face and call the security team back in, content in their meme sharing for the day.
