I imagine it was like when you run a stop sign in the middle of nowhere and a cop shows up out of nowhere to bust you.

The weirdest part was the driver of that car (and the abductor of the child) was himself only 13 years old.

Edit: for those curious why this qualified for an Amber Alert, another article indicated that the 13 year old was threatening to harm himself and the 12 year old, so law enforcement was extra concerned.
