Depression is like a blackhole that sucks in all your hopes, dreams and willpower, leaving you as an empty husk. Sometimes motovating your self is too great a feat to do alone but even the smallest help from someone might be that spark to get you started on climbing out of your personal hell.
Never underestimate the power of a simple kindness. Too many people right others off, lets give a helping hand everynow and then eh?
