This is a single image taken in Titusville, Florida at 4:19:24am this morning.

Gear: Nikon D500 DSLR and Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6 lens at 500mm. The camera and lens setup was mounted atop a SkyWatcher Star Adventurer equatorial mount, which was set to track the moon, keeping the moon in the center of the frame.

Settings: 1/3200, f/7.1, ISO 640.

There's a really cool app on the Apple Store called ISS Finder which tells you where the space station is at any given time. You can use it to try and see it for yourself.

If you're interested in seeing a 7-photograph composite of the same exact transit, I was standing about 5 feet away from OP! We frequently shoot together and are both participating in the 365-day photo challenge!
