Kids of some family friends I know accidentally trespassed on some of his land a few months ago. They use to know the old land owner and didn't know he sold it. New owner came out wondering what kids were doing on his pond, they explained that they didn't know it was sold and the owner was understanding. They also didn't realize the new owner was Chris Pratt at first, went fishing with him all day in his flat bottom.
They all said he was a really nice, funny guy, and he invited them to go on his land whenever they wanted. I was happy to hear that. Just thought some people would be happy to hear that too.
