For those previous commenters: refusing particular denominations of coins or bills is NOT illegal. How many convenience stores do you know that won't take anything higher than a $20?
I once went to America for vacation to visit family when I was 13 (Asian here) and it fucked me up when I realized your prices don't include the tax already. Like I walk to the counter thinking I'm only going to pay $4.50 for something and end up having to pay more for it. what the fuck, man
