American living in New Zealand. The whole country is like this. I love it.

Edit: And by 'this' I mean they include tax in the price. They also have completely eliminated coins with a value of less than 10 cents. That part I don't really care about because it's also very easy for me to get by without using cash at all. Also, they don't tip. So, the price ends up being what is advertised. Honestly, I prefer it. Some people complain about the service, but at least it isn't fake friendliness for the sake of tips.

When i first visited the u.s i was so confuses as to why my "99cent" gum was actually 1.07. I had to give them an extra bill and carry around 93cents, easier to just round shit to a dollar like everywhere else
