This is Monument Cove in Acadia National Park covered in snow. It is a very rare sight to get all of the trees and rocks covered in snow. In order for this to happen the snow needs to stick to the trees, winds have to be low, and tide has to be coming in. After battling my way through viet-cong infested forests and slaying a three eyed troll, I stepped through an Oblivion gate to find this prefect scene. But for real I just drove here and walked 10 feet. In snow though, so it was super dangerous!

I highly recommend coming to the park in the winter. The section of the loop road that is worth visiting this time of year is still open, and you can snowshoe/ski all over the park when we have snow. I usually dont see anyone else there in the winter either, which is amazing.
