I write with my left hand and do most fine-motor-control tasks with it - except I use my right hand to hold a mouse, because that’s what I started with and got used to (and I can type reasonably quickly with both hands).
I started learning guitar left handed as a kid - since that uses both hands, I kinda regret it because it meant I was unable to just pick up any old guitar and start playing.

Your non-dominant hand is just as specialized as your dominant hand, just in different types of tasks. Just ask a guitar player.
