Poor kid. I can't imagine what he's going through. It makes me happy that he can still find some happiness. It's an amazing picture.
Just out of curiosity... Since he's still very young, will any of those scars and burns decrease in time? I guess they won't be fully gone ever, but at least become less?

I hope everyone accepts him with that appearance (those Burns).. Sad to hear these things happening to such young kids.
