Adani has paid $0 tax to the Australian Government
They are seeking a $1 billion dollar federal government loan for their railway
They couldn't get the project off the ground without a royalty holiday from the Queensland Government
They have the rate payers of Rockhampton coughing up $15.5 million to build their airport
They have their lapdog Senator Canavan calling for boycotts on banks who won't invest with them
How do Adani have our government so blinded when the economic benefits of this project amount to a 1000 or so jobs for Queenslanders (and that's trusting they are still not overstating the amount), and ramifications for the environment and other industries such as tourism and agriculture are so much more costly?

They obviously made a tax loss - as their taxable income is zero.
Not defending them - it's the tax system that should be scrutinised however.
