The commentor had a good point... but OPs title isn't exactly accurate. Because in a crowded place getting out of the way of a truck that's barreling at you isn't exactly easy. If the concert is making a lot of noise, and the truck is headed at their backs, the people in the path of the truck won't have enough time to displace the masses. Getting the truck up to speed will be the bigger challenge for the psychopath.
