I feel like no one has directly commented on the fact that "untamed creative genius" has all incomplete pieces that don't actually have all the letters for "work" (i.e. constantly starting new projects without finishing old ones).
Reliable worker has the discipline to complete something.
I relate to this super heavily as a musician who loves to start new projects without completing previous ones. -_-
