I do not eat zucchini, so I had no idea you weren't supposed to let them get this big.

Is there anything wrong with letting them get that big? Like, does it affect the taste or texture or nutritional value?

I didn’t know they could grow that big. If it tastes the same as a small zucchini then I want to roast that monster and devour it.

We always let a couple get this big and make a couple loafs of Zucchini bread sooooooo good.

Well now it’s a marrow and you can make stuffed marrow rings which are my best childhood memory. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/stuffed_marrow_43279
