My son accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal, Hamilton, on my dad's farm. My dad had a little fun making a story out of it.

Took my dad 2 months to to mail Hamilton back to us. I think he was having a bit too much fun with staging him life-like. We would get a picture every few days of what Hamilton was up to. Eating milk and cookies. Watching a football game. Mowing the lawn. And climbing up the stairs to look for my son.

This would be cute to my 5yr old for approximately 15 seconds if it was her Sleepy Sheepy. Then we would see a rage fear like we've never seen before.

She would probably pawn off all her shit so she could pay for bus fare and go directly to Paw Paw's and rip sheepy out of his hands.

Edit: typo

Edit: all these other babies/toddlers/grown adults with the same attachment stories! So heart-warming! Now I won't feel so bad when she's 35 and still lives in my basement cuddling her Sleepy Sheepy.

At our hotels, we do this for kids who forget their stuffed animals in our rooms. We send them back with a ton of photos of their "sightseeing trips".

In NYC for example we send our staff to take pictures on top of the Empire State Building.
