My mom's '98 Land Cruiser has over 300k and my '07 Yaris has over 200k - they've both been very easy and relatively inexpensive to maintain (outside of costs relating to user error).
My father spent most of his life as a Toyota mechanic and was religious about maintenance. We had a Corolla that rolled the mileage while I was in high school. We put several more years on it as a daily use vehicle before selling it.
