This precious baby was rescued during Hurricane Harvey. Rained for the first time since the hurricane today, and he wouldn't stop whimpering :/ can't wait to shower him w/ years of love.
One of my cats was caught outside during a storm once. Now she's scared of thunder/storms. She'll crouch really low to the ground and move around slowly to find somewhere to hide. Sad to watch :( but she gets lots of love and attention during.
Update: to everyone asking if I'm planning on looking for the original owner - yes, right when we found him, we posted on all of the local animal Facebook pages with clear pictures and descriptions. We contacted all of the local animal shelters to let them know in case anyone has called in looking for a similar pup. We also contacted the local fire departments to see if anyone has reported a missing puppy. So yes. I have tried and will continue to try. But in the meantime, I'm focused on giving the little guy lots of love.
