Anyone from Chicago knows that both the ramps getting onto 290 and the ramp getting off of 290 are quite possibly the worst spots for traffic, aside from the dan ryan.
As an everyday commuter that spends 1.5 hrs one way driving 10 miles in this city, this is as close to a wet dream I can get while awake.. thank you sir.
