CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland woman repeatedly stabbed her boyfriend in a fit of rage after finding him naked on top of her daughter, according to police records.
Neither the woman nor man has been charged in connection with the incident that happened at a West 58th Street home near Denison Avenue in the city's Stockyards neighborhood, but police are investigating it as a potential rape case, records show.
The 31-year-old man was stabbed five times in his chest and once in the back of his head, a police report says. He was treated at MetroHealth.
Police went to the home around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday after the woman went outside and screamed for help. She called police saying that "her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him," records say.

The man told police that his girlfriend may have attacked him because she thought her 12-year-old daughter had feelings for him, but he would not offer further details about the incident, the report says.
The woman and her daughter gave a different account of what happened.
The woman told police that she was headed to bed when she spotted the man naked on top of the girl, the report says.
"In a fit of rage, (she) grabbed her pocket knife and attacked him," the report says.
The pair struggled over the knife as they fought, the report says. The man grabbed the woman by the neck, threw her against the wall, and later kicked down the front door after she pushed him outside, the report says.
The woman and her daughter suffered lacerations to their hands during the struggle, the report says.
In a police interview, the girl told investigators that the man touched her under her clothing, removed her pants and took his clothes off as well, the report says. The girl said that the man told her "this is what it is like in the real world when you have a boyfriend," before sexually assaulting her, the report says.
The girl underwent a sexual assault examination at MetroHealth, the report says.

Update: Mother wasn't charged. Guy was charged with rape.

What the girl said brings back horrible memories of catching my great uncle doing the same thing to my sister. She was 9, I was 8. Maybe he was in his early 60's. He was babysitting us. I heard my sister whimpering and my uncle whispering in our parent's bedroom. When I peaked in, he was laying next to her with his pants off and my sister was dressed in my mom's clothes and my maternal great uncle was saying the same stuff this man allegedly said to the 12 y.o. girl. I remember how odd it looked that the shoes were falling off her feet. I said something, I don't remember what, and my uncle grabbed one of the shoes and threw it at me, cutting my forehead.
Here's the odd part... that didn't stop him from doing what he was doing. He made up some lie about how my forehead got hurt. My sister doesn't remember anything. The next time we visited our maternal grandmother (uncle's sister), I told her what happened after she asked me about the scar on my forehead, and she believed me 100%, and all hell broke lose. He was shunned from the family and died a lonely alcoholic. This was many years ago, and I don't know if the police would've done anything. I told my father what happened that night, and he never did anything about it. It wasn't until I told my grandmother that my mother finally found out about it, and she had a mental breakdown because my dad kept it a secret from her and never did anything about it, even leaving us alone with the uncle after he did what he did to my sister. My mom divorced my dad over the lie. She could forgive her uncle, but not our father. I didn't blame her one bit.

A similar incident happened in South Africa this month, a mother found three guys gang raping her daughter (27 I think) and stabbed all three, killing one.
