There seems to be an inordinate amount of books with white covers. I have to wonder if the book selection is at least somewhat based on the aesthetics of the spines.
I like that the couch is comfy--so many reading nooks feature upright chairs with no footstools, or window benches with no backrests. I don't read sitting bolt upright. Also, looking at it from the photographer's pov it's bright and busy, but from the reader's perspective you wouldn't be faced with all the distraction. And hey, once you're nestled in w the blanket and your book, you won't be gazing around anyway!
