There's some confusion about what's happening in this photo.
Conor McGregor has just won the interim title against Chad Mendes. It was a short-notice fight that was supposed to be for the FW title against Jose Aldo, but Aldo had to pull out of the fight with an injury. Mendes stepped up on short notice.
This was after an incredibly emotional card that include Sinead O'Connor singing McGregor's walkout song live; an absolutely haunting scene.
This was a major turning point for the UFC and especially for the FW division, so the emotions you are seeing aren't pain, but just sheer gravity.
This is a great time for Conor and Dee; a big relief that everything they've worked for has started to come true.
I think Conor also (probably for the first time ever) felt a little bit bad for how he treated Chad in the run-up to this fight. Immediately after the fight, he embraced Chad and, with tears in his eyes, thanked him for showing up to fight. What you see here is him standing up right after having that emotional / chemical dump.
