Aside from the joke, I'm pretty sure this is because the Xbox code just gives you $35 in Xbox credit and the PS4 code is a direct download. I've seen a lot of retail codes for Xbox just be store credit for some reason, which sucks extra since it'll cost a bit more with tax.
