It's from a Pacifico bottle. They did this campaign last year (maybe still going on). Some caps had surfing locations, some had spearfishing spots, etc. Kinda cool. Here's an article with more info.
Edit: as u/DrillShaft has pointed out, it may actually be from an Iron Jack. The graphic on OP's cap actually looks more like the style of the one on the Iron Jack cap.
