They were spot on with this episode/idea. Im watching Lexington KY develop its own and the similarity is astonishing. We have the "distillery district" that's over in a rough part of town. There's a trailer park like 3 minutes away and the "district" sits in between a railway and a busted up old building. It's a nice hip little block but you can bet your ass none of the people visiting would be caught dead outside of it at night (for good reason).
