Blame the greedy business owners who know that the immigrants they're hiring are illegal citizens. A majority of business owners cut as much costs as they can so they can maximise their own personal profit. Why hire a native/legal citizen who they'd have to pay $25 an hour, plus benefits and matching the taxes the employee pays when they can just hire an illegal for $10 an hour with no benefits and taxes? It's moral bankruptcy over fiscal bankruptcy. What do you think the businessman will go with?
