Once a girl asked me to meet her at a bar but I was really broke. I told her I couldn't afford it but she asked me to come anyway. When I got there, they had a cover so I handed over the only couple bucks that I had to buy myself one drink. I explained the situation to her and she says no problem and leads me to the bar. She taps the shoulder of a guy sitting there alone and says "buy me a drink?" She was cute and bat her eyelashes--the dude perks up, all excited and says "oh! Sure!! What'll you have"
She turns to me and says "what do you want!?" I made eye contact with him and we both died inside.
