I found this while checking out the reviews for a pretty popular geeky shop in England. The reply is a a bit on the nose, but it made me chuckle and so I thought you guys might get a laugh out of it as well. I hope this isn't against the rules or anything. I know it's not the standard D&D-related stuff you find on this sub. Please let me know if it isn't allowed here and I'll refrain from posting stuff like this in future.
Stopping at the first paragraph would have been professional. Stopping after the first sentence of the second paragraph would have been on the nose but still had me on his side. Ending with idiot just makes the owner look unprofessional though.
I mean on one hand the owner is an asshole but on the other hand who goes to a specialist store, doesn't see what they want and then doesn't ask if it can be acquired?
