Pretty sure the thing in the kitchen is a wine rack. Aside from the fact that there are no windows, I would live there.

I actually lived here. I had the top floor of this mansion, Apt B. It was...interesting. I paid $800 a month. The main floor apartment was about $1200 and the basement at that time was about $600.

It worked ok for the 3 years I lived there. But the rental company did not do a great job dividing the mansion into 3 apartments. For 2 years my apartment was separated by a curtain (yes, a curtain) in the stairwell that separated my unit from the family unit below. It was creepy and looking back, very unsafe and not at all private. But it was cheap for the Ohio university town I was in.
