Projectors have come down significantly in price. It's way more complicated to set one up compared to a TV, but the results are well worth it, as you can get a much bigger picture. I'm using a BenQ W1070 which cost around $1200 back in 2014, with a home-built 10 foot screen. It's like 80% of the wall, fucking awesome.
