I saw this sort of thing on my cousin's computer. She does a lot of photography but only uses the built in Windows Media Gallery or whatever it's called. Called me up because her computer kept running out of space, turns out the photo editor automatically saves a copy of each photo every step of the way and never deletes them, so she had almost 400gb of photo backups in her appdata.
