Damn I could be a very charitable person if the Ms Pac-Man or Galaga machines were near me.

...but why in the baggage reclaim area?

Much better place would be at international departures. That's where people are stuck for hours waiting for their flights. After a long flight, I just want to pick up my bag and be on my way …

Edit: Hah, so many responses. Yes, they might have them in both places. No, people waiting to pick up/meet arriving passengers do not have access to this area. And yes, on rare occasions you might be stuck for a couple of hours waiting for delayed luggage.

Edit 2: Chill guys. I have never ever seen the baggage reclaim area being accessible to the public on international flights. At least not the airports I've tried in Europe, Asia and Africa. This photo appears to be from Stockholm Arlanda in the international baggage reclaim. You need to go through customs to get out of this area. You cannot just stroll in. I forget that a lot of Reddit is american and seemingly only fly domestic... :P Ok, did I cover everything now? ;)

Edit 3: Damn, I've been informed by a few comments that USA+Canada does it differently that every other country I've encountered and actually have customs before baggage reclaim, and has the baggage carousels from international flights open to the public. Unusual. Anyway, the photo is still in Sweden.
