This is a joke post, but I'd just like to take the time to point out that this is one of the common misconceptions about evolution. Evolution doesn't aim to make a species perfect, it aims to make it just okay enough to survive.

Not arguing about evolution vs. creationism. Just saying the joke would've made more sense the other way.
