I dont get people who say this. They always list the most common cause for your symptom first. I think a lot of people just scroll way down to the bottom and only read the small sentence that says "oh and aids could also cause susceptibility to having the cold"

My doctor: it was cancer.
TL;DR: WebMD was right by coincidence.
